Kill Moe Monthly Drop
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA WHO ARE 21 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
By entering the Drop or signing up through any Kill Moe form, you agree to these Official Rules and to our Terms & Legal Notice.
1. Sponsor
KM Distribution LLC ("Sponsor"). Questions: use the contact form.
2. Entry period
November 2026 Drop starts November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Each monthly Drop is a separate sweepstakes.
The Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Late, incomplete or unreadable entries don't count.
3. Who can enter
Legal residents of DC, Maryland or Virginia who are 21 or older at the time of entry. Not eligible: employees, owners and contractors of the Sponsor and its printing and packaging vendors, and members of their households. Retail store staff may enter as consumers.
4. How to enter
Scan the QR code on the back of a Kill Moe bag or visit killmoe.co/drop, enter your first name, last initial, email address and ZIP code, and check the box confirming you're 21 or older, live in DC, Maryland or Virginia, and agree to these rules. Scanning a bag is optional; entering online without a purchase counts the same. Limit: one entry per person and email address per monthly Drop.
Bonus entries: +1 for each eligible friend who enters with your personal link (up to 5). Bonus entries are open to everyone, with or without a purchase.
Entries made by bots, scripts, fake or multiple identities, or any other method that games the drawing are void, and the entrant may be disqualified.
5. Prizes

Total approximate value: $375.00.
Prizes are cash, gift cards, merchandise or event tickets. No prize includes tobacco or nicotine products. Prizes can't be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty from the Sponsor.
6. Drawing and odds
Winners are chosen in a random drawing on or about December 7, 2026 from all eligible entries, including bonus entries. One prize per person per monthly Drop. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners are announced on Kill Moe's social media (@KillMoeGrabba) during the first week of the following month, by first name and last initial.
7. Winners
Potential winners are contacted by email and must respond within 7 days. Before receiving a prize, a winner must show valid government photo ID proving age 21+ and residence in DC, Maryland or Virginia, and may be asked to sign a short declaration of eligibility and release. A winner who doesn't respond in time, can't be verified, or doesn't qualify forfeits the prize, and an alternate may be drawn.
Winners are responsible for all taxes. Anyone receiving prizes worth $600 or more from the Sponsor in a calendar year must provide an IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099.
8. Your information
We use entry information only to run the Drop and contact winners, and, if you opt in, to send you news about drops and where to find Kill Moe. You can opt out anytime. We don't sell your information. Winners' first names and last initials are announced on our social media and website.
9. Release and limits on liability
By entering, you agree that the Sponsor, its owners, employees, agents and participating retailers (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries; technical, network or website failures; errors in these rules or in prize announcements; or any injury, loss or damage connected with entering the Drop or receiving or using a prize. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release the Released Parties from all claims arising from the Drop or any prize.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, winners agree the Sponsor may use their first name, last initial and the fact that they won in promotion of the Drop, without further payment, where the law allows.
10. Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without any class action. Any recovery is limited to your actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any), and you waive any right to other damages, including attorney's fees, to the extent the law allows.
11. General
The Sponsor's decisions are final. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or tampers with the Drop, and may cancel, change or suspend the Drop if fraud, technical problems or anything else affects its fairness; in that case it may draw from eligible entries received before then. If any part of these rules is found invalid, the rest still applies.

For a list of winners, send a request through the contact form within 60 days after the drawing.
